With more than 20 years of hardware and software research and development experience, Mr. Frenkel leads Waterfall Security with extensive business and management expertise. As part of his thought leadership and contribution for the industry, Lior serves as member of management at Israeli High-Tech Association (HTA), of the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel and Chairman of the Cyber Forum of HTA.
Founding shareholder of CPMG. Mr. McGaughy also serves as a Director of Reata Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RETA), Apollo Endosurgery (NASDAQ: APEN) and several private companies. Mr. McGaughy holds a B.A. from The University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Pedhazur, a technology entrepreneur with strong international leadership track record, brings over 20 years of experience leading growth in start-ups and large corporations. Before Waterfall, he led Deloitte’s Global TMT program for promoting and mentoring Israeli technologies in global target markets.
Mr. Haras served as CFO at B&D Food Corporation and as a Senior Manager at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global. Mr. Haras is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Israel) and holds a MBA from Tel Aviv University with specialization in Finance Management, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Ms. Tal leads Waterfall’s worldwide legal affairs, with over 17 years global legal experience, including working as an associate at Davis Polk law firm in New York, and Meitar Law Offices in Israel. Ms Tal also served as Deputy General Counsel at the National Security Council in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel. Ms. Tal holds an LL.B (Tel Aviv University) and an LL.M (New York University) and is licensed with the New York and Israel Bars.
Mr. Ginter leads a team responsible for industrial cybersecurity research and contributions to industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations. He brings to Waterfall 25 years experience managing the development of products for computer networking, industrial control systems and industrial cybersecurity for leading vendors including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Industrial Defender.
Mr. David leads the core technology design, development and integration for deployment in industrial control networks and critical infrastructure. He brings 13 years of hands-on experience, having been with the company since its conception. He has also served as Waterfall’s premier implementation specialist, leading many projects from the scoping period to post-production.
Mr. Sterling leads Waterfall's global marketing team, focused on the development, execution and data-driven optimization of campaigns and initiatives. He brings to Waterfall over a decade of experience leading marketing efforts at both large and small high-tech firms, with a focus on helping organizations meet their business goals.
